ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases, as well as in the Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Information about your purchase transaction is retained for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is completed, the information about the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council and is the result of the combined efforts of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The requirements of the PCI DSS standard ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.

In general, the third party service providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information as necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies in relation to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

SMS notifications
By signing up for JUORGE text message alerts, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services to the phone number you provided during signup. The frequency of the messages will be recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, OPT OUT, or EXIT to opt out, and reply HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that any attempt at opt-out by means other than sending the above opt-out commands will not constitute a reasonable means of opt-out.
ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we adhere to all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.
COOKIES
Here's a list of the cookies we use. We've listed them here so you can decide whether or not to allow them.
_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no stored data, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistical tracking system to count the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight the next day (depending on the visitor's location). Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique identifier of the session.
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined, if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
ARTICLE 7 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent that any underage person for whom you are responsible for maintenance may use this website.
