ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through the website https://bullocc.com/ be completed.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
The automatic recording systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Bullocc will confirm acceptance of the order to the customer via the email address provided by the customer. The sale is concluded upon Bullocc's confirmation of order payment, i.e., from the date of payment confirmation for orders paid online by credit card, or from the date of receipt of payment by check. Bullocc reserves the right, in any case, to refuse or cancel the order of any customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
Our offers and their prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website. Availability, indicated at the time the customer visits the website, remains subject to stock availability at Bullocc and, of course, at our suppliers.
To create our showcase and sales catalog, we work with databases enriched with information from our suppliers. Since this database contains more than 100 items, not all items are kept in our warehouses, and our offerings depend on the availability of items from our suppliers.
Only if an item is completely sold out at our suppliers will it be removed from our sales list. In other cases, a new order remains possible within a certain period of time.
If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed by email or, in the case of an order of several items, on the invoice of the products shipped.
Order delivery time: Customers will be informed of the delivery time when placing the order and on the order confirmation. The delivery time is calculated by adding the availability period of the longest-ordered product to the delivery time for the selected shipping method.
From the time the order is placed until it is dispatched, the customer has the option to cancel his order.
Particularities:
Pre-order items: On the website https://bullocc.com/ Items yet to be released will be offered as pre-orders. This pre-order is subject to a release date that will be announced by the publisher at the time the pre-order period opens. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for the marketing of its product.
In any case, from the final sale date, Bullocc will endeavor to send the items to the customers who have made a reservation, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the day of publication.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Prices indicated in euros are net prices, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging, and storage costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice. Please note that items will be invoiced based on the currency in effect at the time the order is placed. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include a contribution to the costs of preparation, packaging, and postage. Remember to combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and you will be charged shipping costs for each order.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
Several payment options are available, offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a relay point. Delivery time includes the time required to prepare the package, plus the time required for transport. Bullocc ships worldwide. Buyers will be informed by email about the various stages of tracking their order: preparation and delivery.
The delivery time includes preparation time and delivery, which is guaranteed by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 10 to 15 business days is valid from the moment the buyer receives the order delivery email. The delivery time (announced by the carrier) does not in any way obligate Bullocc to a longer delivery time.
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - CANCELLATION
The https://bullocc.com/ The items supplied are new and guaranteed free of defects. They are identical to those found in traditional retail stores and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.
Should an item be defective or not meet the requirements, the buyer may request an exchange or refund within 15 business days of receipt of the item. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public or non-working holiday, it will be extended to the first following business day.
The customer must return the new or unused items complete and in their original packaging, undamaged, together with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation (necessarily in the original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In this case, the buyer must provide proof of the defect(s) in support@Bullocc.com send (description and photos attached).
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Bullocc is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The shipping costs for the return are then at your expense.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted, regardless of the reason.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the Products shall pass to the Buyer only upon full payment of the price by the Buyer, regardless of the delivery date of the Products. However, the risks of loss and damage to the Products shall only pass upon delivery and receipt of the Products by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Bullocc is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases that make up this website. By accessing this website, the customer acknowledges that the data that compose it is legally protected and, in particular, prohibits the extraction, reuse, storage, reproduction, representation, or preservation, in whole or in part, in any qualitative or quantitative substantial way, of the contents of the databases contained in the website they are accessing, directly or indirectly, on any type of support, by any means, and in any form whatsoever.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

Bullocc is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the purchaser. Bullocc cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).
The products offered comply with current United Kingdom laws. Bullocc declines all liability if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, ban on a title or author, etc.). Bullocc is not responsible for the content of websites to which hyperlinks may point from its own website.
ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW
All clauses in these Terms and Conditions and all purchase and sale transactions referred to therein shall be governed by United Kingdom law.
ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE BY THE PURCHASER
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the price lists are expressly approved and accepted by the Purchaser, who declares and confirms that he is fully aware of them and therefore waives any reliance on any contradictory document and, in particular, on his own General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, since the act of purchase entails acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
