HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination using USPS and the number of items you are purchasing. You can check the estimated shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart, completing the payment and entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping costs are automatically updated and displayed on the payment page.
The shipping costs also depend on the size, weight and number of packages in an order. Smaller shipping costs apply to larger products and additional items. The total shipping cost is shown on the payment page.
Deadline for orders: Time 18:00 (GMT +01:00) Central European Standard Time Paris ).
The shipping costs are free for every order that is shipped within Germany and Austria.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
Actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard delivery time given below:
On average, processing time can take 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the production start date.
SHIPPING TIME
Transit time 7-12 business days (Monday to Saturday) after shipment.
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SEVERAL ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like the items to be delivered to more than one address, please place these orders separately.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO Boxes OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
We support shipping to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR VAT?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, parcel post may incur local customs or VAT fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs policies in your country.
WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS
After you have completed payment for an order, you can adjust your details by contacting us at support@Bullocc.com within 12 hours. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot reroute it. Here are some alternative options:
– After the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly and ask them to reroute the package to another address. Please note that this is at the discretion of the post office.
