Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used, the package must not have been opened and must be in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, it must be in its original packaging.

Sold-out goods, special offers or discontinued models are not.

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. Products intended for privacy or health, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids, products from sale, special offers or remaining stock will also not be taken back.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

For a return you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing certain parts for reasons not attributable to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received the item. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request for a refund.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is displayed.
If after going through all of these steps you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@bullocc.com.

Out of stock items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sold-out items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bullocc.com.

Modification of the order :

The modification of the order can be requested via the contact module. Bullocc reserves the right to refuse the order.
