Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the package must not have been opened, and it must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Sold out items, special offers or discontinued models are not included.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. Products intended for personal or health purposes, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids, clearance products, special offers, or remaining stock are also not accepted.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To return an item, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing certain parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the item. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or decline your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Often, some processing time is required before a refund is displayed.

Sold out items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, out-of-stock items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bullocc.com.
Change of order:
Changes to the order can be requested via the contact module. Bullocc reserves the right to reject the order.
