How long does it take to ship your products?

We need 1-2 days to process your order and then 7-12 business days to deliver it.



Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, in any case. We deliver all over the world. If you cannot order in your country, please contact us.



Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Figino, Switzerland. Our international warehouses are located in France and Asia.



Do you offer tracking information for the product?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply email us a picture of the damaged item at support@bullocc.com or use our contact form and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is this taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order and see where it is. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems our customers may have with their online items. If you still want a refund for your order, we can of course issue a refund, provided that the objection is made within 15 days of receipt of the package and the product(s) are in their original packaging (plastic wrap) and unused.
