HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on your USPS shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart, completing payment, and entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping costs will automatically update and appear on the payment page.
Shipping costs also depend on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Smaller shipping charges apply for larger products and additional items. The total shipping costs are displayed on the payment page.

Deadline for orders: Time 18:00 (GMT +01:00) Central European Standard Time Paris ).

The shipping costs are free for every order that is shipped within Germany and Austria.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
Actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. Please refer to the standard delivery time below:
On average, processing time can take 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the start of production.

SHIPPING TIME
Transit time 7-12 business days (Monday to Saturday) after shipment.


CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
We support shipping to PO boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR VAT?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Depending on the country, parcel post may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information about customs policies in your country.

WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS
After you have completed payment for an order, you can adjust your details by contacting us within 12 hours via support@Bullocc.com If your order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Here are some alternative options:
– After the package has been delivered to your local post office, you can contact the post office directly and request that the package be redirected to a different address. Please note that this is at the post office's discretion.
– If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team – we are more than happy to help you!
– When placing an order, please carefully check your personal information (i.e., shipping address, phone number, email) to avoid any problems or delays in receiving your order. Thank you!
